I think this is an excellent idea! Maybe the reward could be a rare mossm too, like the Unique Mossms, one that does not pass its coat, but have the ability to pass something else that is new, like a red mossm... or a new blend or trait? That would make the mossm very sought after, because it will be very rare itself and it will also have the ability to pass something new.

firstly asy I never ever received a pizza oven but I wasn't that bothered , my point is there is many people that for months and months have supported you and the team , many of them as I have had to do is cryo them until theres some stability and was planning on getting them out of cryo in the next few weeks ,what we are gonna find is new people that have only had mossms for a couple of months being rewarded for loyalty where as your hard core die hards that have supported and payed their hard earned money to you are gonna be seeing new people with new red mossms while they have had their loyalty rewarded by didly squat , I would go as far as saying that equivalient to you and your team sticking your middle finger up at us and that has drastically changed my thinking of wetherI want to be a part of this anymore , as for the orange you told us that was to help the new people too , a pizza oven and orange mossms that was extremely easy for everyone to get is that what your saying was rewards for people who have been there from the start

Hello, I wanted to just say i am glad some do like this very much and the mossm itself is very nice color i might add :) but what i do want to say is Jax, The program is a new program that mossms just introduced, now lets think about this.... lets say your favorite store started a loyalty program do you expect them to go back from the date they had open and give you credit for that? cause it will not happen, when a new program is introduced it starts then it does not go back in time... i am sorry you do feel this way tho but sometimes we have to look at the facts and that is new programs start when they are created as we all know. this might not make sense but i hope it does and you all might not agree but to me its kinda crazy to sit here and put things down when all we are trying to do is do things to make mossms more exciting to you all.

Like with the pizza oven ..I started Mossms like 2 -3 days after the pizza oven was being given .. I was bummed about that ..but I had not heard of them and someone I know took me shopping and showed them to me and I was happy to try them even though I missed that perk. I knew common sense wise that unless it was offered again I was just out of luck on that. I WOULD like a way to get the oven myself later as a perk again if it can be given again .

You may not have liked the rewards that we provided but those are rewards that we gave out over the first 6 months. New players cannot get those items (except on the secondary market). They were exclusive to older customers that were paying us at the time.

Again, I'm terribly sorry that this has upset you so much but I don't agree with your assessment that it is unfair. The customers we have right now have the opportunity to get the red Mossm first but still have no opportunity to get our previous rewards. I think that's pretty fair.

funnily enough Richie I been in that position and in every circumstance the stores have always looked after the people that have been there from the start ,before anything else maybe they do things differently where you come from but to me its total ignorance

Not sure where you are from but im in the states and no store here esp major chain stores will go back in time with there loyalty programs but that's besides the point we are trying to give everyone fun things and cannot make everyone happy that is sad enough to say but true.

That sounds just like me Aizik, I started with mossms right after the pizza oven, so I missed out on that and also those awesome beta mossms, but I was here for the orange mossms though, and happily so. And now I'm looking forward to having a red mossm for Christmas, maybe if I am lucky I can get a red and green one too before the holidays lol. I don't really understand what all the fuzz is about though. I consider myself a loyal costumer, have had mossms for over 4 months, and still have a lot of them running around doing funny things, but I also realize that perks come along the way... I missed out on the early perks, but I do have a whole bunch of cute orange mossms, and I will stay here for the future perks.

Jax, What would be really useful for me is if you can provide examples of services that are offering loyalty programs with retroactive rewards and what types of rewards you are getting from them. These types of examples can help us with ideas to improve our program. Thanks!
