How can I get this traits?

Gridwalker is an eye that you could get by buying/rezzing starter mossms.

Orchestra and Twist can be obtained by breeding a unique Mossm on fabulosity.

another question about Fabulosity: after breeding a mossm on Fabulosity with two unique mossms, you will get special eyes on the breeded mossm. When you continue breeding on Fabulosity with this mossm, does the mossm than pass the eyes? Or is this just a one-time giveaway for the unqs?

That's a great question! You can continue to breed the uniques and try to get the eye again. In addition you can also pass the newly acquired eye on this planet and try to get the eye on to your favorite blend.

I saw a mossm with orchestra eyes with only one unique parent. So is no need to breed 2 unique mossms?

like blends, eyes, ears and tails will have a higher likelihood of passing when more of the ancestors possess the trait. So putting two unique parents together will have a higher chance of getting the eye than using just one but you could still get it with just one.
