Why do my mossms not check in with the mothership?

It seems that I am almost daily having to pickup my mossms and re-rezz them any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Hi Honey,

The most common causes of this is either 1) Mossms are working on a farm that is outdated or 2) They are in-world but not in an environment.

Assuming that all of your Mossms are in environments and not on merchant display blocks, is it possible that your Mossms are working on a farm that belongs to someone else that might be outdated? Players that are just returning to Mossms after some time away may have missed our memo to update their farms.

how do you update a farm? sorry I am new to this

Normally, you file a customer service ticket (http://mossms.com/cs/ticket/) and we send you replacements. I just sent you one, so that won't be necessary. If you didn't receive it, let us know by filing a ticket and we'll help you out.
