Hubby states he has 304 cryos on his web site but only has 153 total in his inventory & on display.. any ideas to what may have happened.. he is very upset he has lost so many

We unfortunately have no visibility into anyone's inventory. We can only interact with things that are rezzed and in-world.

There is a known and long standing issue with third party viewers and inventory loss. Its likely related to that. Item loss is radically reduced using the SL viewer though I know no one wants to use the SL viewer, myself included.

We can't provide a recovery service for cryo-pods for several reasons including exploitation prevention however, we will thaw the mossms he is missing if he provides us with a list. He can then recover them using our recovery tool. Have him send us a ticket with a list of the missing mossms.
