Wouldnt it be better to lock down the loyalty program once completed?

Its otherwise hard to see who has completed it or not and to have it run 60 days for nothing is kinda overdoing it

I think many agree with me on it or allow to get it more times then just one

just file a ticket and i am sure they fix that

yeah it happen to me as well I was like 8 days from it and then this morning its started all over

The loyalty program does lock once completed but the server outage Sunday night seems to have reset things. We'll get it fixed and if not provide the reward to everyone that has been working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Its our first outage in 3 years so more issues may crop up but we'll address them as they do. Thanks for letting us know!

We applied a fix to this late last night. If you've previously completed the loyalty program it should no longer appear on your dashboard. If you have not completed it your loyalty days should reflect the proper number of days again.
