I have 1 mossm that in the last week has had 2 episodes of not communicating with the mother ship. It is the Halloween Mossm, has anyone else had this issue?

This happens often enough for a zillion different reasons. More often than not it's related to the ups and down of sim performance.

If the same Mossm does this all of the time, look at his travel range (under options on his web page) and make sure that his travel distance is set to something higher than 3m.

The 3m setting is very small and is designed to be used when selling a Mossm, like in a stall where you need him to not wander off.

If this doesn't solve your problem open up a support ticket and one of us can come help you resolve it.
