I seen several mossms talking when I went to the various lands for the Christmas Extravaganza. How do I get the mossms to talk?

Some of the other community members will have to chime in here. I know someone created something that makes them talk a few years ago but I don't remember who it was, what it was called or if they are still selling it.

My mossm bawl and talk sometimes in the night when they are very hungry and I have forgot to make my pizza reserve
