Is it possible to make an option to convert Teq directly to blossm or slack ? Instead of converting to Zip first?

That is possible, yes. The main reason I constrained that was to help keep that page from confusing people. I experimented for a while with trying to figure out a way to provide maximum flexibility on that page without increasing the confusion factor, and I ended up with the compromise between making it simple and easy to understand vs flexible.

I may change it again in the future, and will be revisiting it before too long when we introduce a new resource.
