Hi everyone, can someone tell me how long it usually takes for a reply on a ticket. I am not in a huge hurry, but I have never filed a ticket before so I don't know what the norm is.
I accidentally nested my entire pets folder in another folder and then deleted and purged my trash :( I lost all of my mossms items so I am hoping that they can be redelivered. Has this happened to anyone else?
