The irish Dance event has been very successful and popular, and that's probably why griefers have been showing up a time or two. One of those times was when Asymmetrical and I were away for our anniversary dinner, and we couldn't ban the offending person from our SL phone client.
Since then we've done some security work so that we can ban people from our phones when we're not logged in to SL, via the Mossms Mother Ship.
So next time you have trouble with someone on our region, please file a ticket, and whoever is available working on tickets will take care of it for you, even if none of us are logged in.
