We had an issue after our server down time on Saturday where your control panel said that all of your alive Mossms were not checking in.
The good news is that Mossms were in fact checking in and you were earning resources the whole time. The bug that was causing that message to come up has been fixed now.
We're sorry for the inconvenience and worry this may have caused.
We are aware that the loyalty program has reset and expect a fix on that tomorrow (Sunday 1/27).
