You read that right! Eyes, Ears and Tails will be available beginning on April 6, 2014 at around 12pm SLT.

We'll provide plenty of documentation to help you navigate all this new content but for now here are some high level bullets on what to expect.

  • A Mossm will now have between 8 and 10 land impact depending on how many new traits are applied to it.
  • New Traits will be available at all levels of game-play.
  • 6 eyes, 6 ears and 6 tails will be acquired on planets.
  • 3 eyes, 3 ears, and 3 tails will be acquired by completing achievements and collections.
  • 2 eyes will be acquired rarely and randomly by breeding unique Mossms - any unique Mossm could pass them.
  • 1 eye will be acquired rarely and randomly from starter Mossms.
  • All traits are passable.
  • Traits acquired on planets will pass like blends - only on the planet it comes from or higher.
  • Traits acquired through the other mechanisms will pass on a special new planet only.
  • Resources will be required on all planets including the 2 new ones.
  • Only existing resources will be required, there are no new resource types.
  • No Mossm update is needed. Your 1.12 Mossms and 1.13 Mossms will work seamlessly together

Many of you know that we faced some pretty significant challenges getting these traits on to a mesh so, we are super pleased to finally be able to deliver them to you! We hope you'll love them as much as we do.
